The Peak Pilates® Power Circle III is a versatile Pilates ring that allows you to easily add extra resistance to your workout. The ring helps activate and strengthen different muscle groups and is suitable for both Mat Pilates and additional exercises on the Reformer.

The resistance of the Power Circle allows you to work against controlled pressure, providing an extra challenge for your core, arms and legs. The ring is also ideal for adding more variety to individual workouts and group classes.

The Power Circle III is based on Joseph Pilates’ classic Magic Circle and is made with three bands of coated spring steel. This provides firm, consistent resistance and makes the ring suitable for intensive use both in professional Pilates studios and at home. The two contoured, padded handles provide additional comfort during exercises.
