Shipping

We are active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, but we can deliver throughout Europe upon request. Delivery times are stated on the relevant product page and should always be considered an indication. Within three business days after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation of the estimated delivery time by email. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. 

Is the indicated delivery time 8 to 12 weeks? Feel free to contact us for an up-to-date estimate. Sometimes the actual delivery time may be shorter, depending on the production process. Are you considering ordering more than 4 products for business purposes? Please contact us for a customized quotation, including volume discounts.

Shipping and delivery of Pilates equipment

Due to its size, weight, and fragility, Pilates equipment is not suitable for standard parcel shipping. Therefore, all equipment is delivered via specialized XL transport, designed for large and heavy goods. This type of transport involves higher costs. To support our customers, we cover part of these costs and always offer a 30% discount on transport fees for equipment.

The equipment is delivered to the first threshold on the ground floor. Once your order is on its way or scheduled for delivery, you will receive an email from the transport company with the expected delivery date and additional delivery information.

Returns & right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home/studio to the supplier are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates and take the dimensions and weight of the product into account.

To process a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered: in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all instructions, documentation, and accessories in their original condition, and must be unused. Proof of purchase must also be provided with every return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Products returned without an RMA number or a clearly marked return authorization number on the outside of the package will not be processed. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date to be accepted. Any product shipped cash on delivery will be refused.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the supplier with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@depilatesstore.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products purchased through this webshop, such as appliances with a specific upholstery color. The sale is final after successful payment.
